Using the Saignée method of “bleeding” the juice before color from the skins is imparted, our Rosé pops with notes of white peaches, Fuji apples, and light strawberries. It has a lighter, mineral-like mouthfeel and finishes with grapefruit-like tartness; making it quite a refreshing wine.
This wine would pair well with crab, cod, halibut, chicken, prosciutto wrapped melon, salad nicoise, hummus or fresh fruit.
