Current releases

2011 Chardonnay - The perfect blend of stainless steel aged Chardonnay, giving the flavors of granny smith apple and limestone, with a French oak aged Chardonnay giving a nose of oak and dried hay and a creamy finish.

2010 Merlot - An elegant and well structured Black fruit forward, good oak throughout, finishing with pepper, spice and excellent tannins.

2010 Rosé - A bright fruit flavor with strawberry and peach. Our 2010 Rosé was served at the brunch after Prince Albert of Monaco’s wedding.

2010 Chardonnay - Our stainless steel chardonnay has bright flavors with white citrus flower and pear.

2010 Chardonnay Reserve - Aged 14 months in French oak for flavors of dark caramel and butterscotch with hints of coconut.

2011 Pinot Gris - crisp and lightly aromatic with honeysuckle. Subtle hints of citrus and melon round out this delightful Pinot Gris.
