Cody Testerman
General ManagerCody has been a member of the Grace team since 2016. Cody started as the property manager and quickly became everyone's go to team member. His extreme eye for detail comes from his particularly impressive career path. Cody and wife Rachel recently became parents to their beautiful daughter! Cody's favorite pastime is a challenging escape room and snorkeling with sea turtles.
Rachel Rougeaux-Testerman
Assistant General ManagerRachel, a Pennsylvania State University grad, has many years of experience in all different avenues of the hospitality industry. Responsible for the boom in events hosted at the Inn at Grace Winery, Rachel is now a pivotal member of the team. Rachel recently became a mother to a lovely daughter named Kennedy, when she has some downtime she enjoys visiting a sunny beach, watching reality tv, cuddling all of her adorable pups, all while sipping a glass of Grace Sauvignon Rosé.
Tori Grieco
Wedding CoordinatorTori is a favorite face on our team. She was born and raised in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania. Tori’s passion for the wedding industry comes from simply, loving, love. When she isn’t busy creating your dream wedding day, she enjoys spending her time outdoors. Specifically, enjoys dirt track racing, exploring new wineries and breweries with her family and friends, and stopping at her local Starbucks to see if they got any new cups in. Yes, she is addicted to them.
Dan Wood
Executive ChefFlorida born and Tennessee raised, Executive Chef Dan worked in kitchens across the south before venturing north. Chef Dan found a home in the Philadelphia area where he landed a couple of spots working with talented chefs and cooks alike. Working predominately with Chef Keith Rudolf at Terrain in Glen Mills, PA, Dan also helped with the opening of Wilmington’s, La Fia Market Bistro as the sous chef to James Beard Foundation award winning chef, Bryan Sikora. He currently creates and executes all of Grace's private events ,bringing creativity and exceptional cuisine to the table every day.
Cory Ruggiero
Brand AmbassadorAfter graduating from Neumann University with a Bachelors in Sport Management ‘20 and a Masters in Sports Business ‘21, Cory decided to switch career fields and focus on the Wine and Hospitality Industry. Cory brings a fresh perspective, with an eagerness to expand the Grace brand, while learning everything the wine industry has to offer. In his free time Cory loves to attend concerts and festivals, snowboard, and hang around his home, Trolly Square in Wilmington Delaware.
Katelyn Patrick
Event ManagerKatelyn, an Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate, joined the team in February 2019. She enjoys the energy of the event industry. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, concerts with friends, or relaxing at home and watching movies with a glass of our 1734.
Jerry Crepack
Property TeamBorn and raised in Delaware County, Jerry became a recent member of the team this past year after working for a printing press company. Jerry takes the lead on keeping the grounds at The Inn at Grace Winery looking beautiful and has especially enjoyed caring for the properties many farm animals. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys being with his family and friends, road trips, spending time outdoors fishing and playing with his son.
Andrew Yingst
Head WinemakerAndrew joined the team in July 2018. Andrew's passion for wine started during a backpacking trip in New Zealand. Andrew joins us with great knowledge on east coast growing and is very excited to expand the Grace Winery brand.
Kyle Nobel
Wine Program DirectorKyle is excited to be joining us with 2 years of winery experience! Kyle's passion for wine came right out of college as he would visit New Jersey wineries in search of quaint scenery and a robust glass of red! Kyle started at his first winery in the kitchen but during covid he turned his passion into progress working in the vineyard, cellar, and eventually managing the Tasting Room. Kyle hopes to intermingle the history of our estate with a current sense of experience for each and every guest!
Stephanie Maehr
Front Desk AgentA New Jersey native, Stephanie joined our team in September 2022 after relocating to the Philadelphia suburbs. She has a bachelor’s degrees in hospitality, Tourism, & Events Management, as well as a Theatre Administration from Stockton University in South Jersey. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the food & beverage, entertainment & leisure, and lodging industries, with some notable positions including Get Air Trampoline Park, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino VIP lounges, the Rock Spa, Ultimate Xscape Rooms, and the Grand Hotel of Cape May. In her free time she enjoys going to the theater with friends and spending time outdoors either hiking or kayaking.
Candido Dalton-Negron
Front Desk AgentCandido is a new member to The Inn at Grace Winery family but is not a newcomer to the world of hospitality! Candido’s' love for hospitality was instilled in him by seeing his father in the kitchen cooking all his abuelas old recipes, and by seeing how both of his parents acted and hosted family parties at a young age. Candido grew up around the area and at a young age gained restaurant and lodging experience within his hometown of media! He comes to The Inn at Grace Winery seeking more knowledge of the industry. Candido enjoys the 76ers basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.
Sarah Gannon
Day of Events CoordinatorSarah is the newest addition to the team. She started out working as an Events and Wedding Intern while studying at Temple University. After graduating with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Sarah joined the team full time as The Day of Events Manager. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching reality tv, traveling, and trying new Mexican restaurants.
Kim Mahaffey
Lead housekeeperBorn in Elkton, MD and raised in Oxford, PA. Kim worked in Healthcare for 27 years as a certified nursing assistant and environmental partner for skilled care units. Kim enjoys spending time with family, talking with her two sons, James and Jordan, and watching reality TV while cuddled up with her two dogs Max and Anna.
Becky Price
Lead housekeeperBecky has been lovingly nicknamed “Squirrel”. She enjoys spending her days off with her two beautiful daughters and her golden retriever Bailey. She loves Indian food, the mountains, sunsets and a good Cabernet.
Malachi Mclain
Sous ChefMalachi was born and raised in Chester, PA. He started in kitchens when he was 16, and quickly worked his way through the different kitchen ranks. He joined our team in 2019 and enjoys cooking breakfast for all our guests. When Malachi is not working, you can find him enjoying time with his children or roller blading!
Christian Piziak
ChefChristian started his culinary career as a wawa customer service associate, after being promoted to a lead at wawa he decided to move to the restaurant industry where he worked at the Wilmington restaurant, The Corner Bistro for a year and a half. After the initial covid shutdown he moved to Grace Winery to expand his culinary knowledge. When working in the tasting room he primarily works garde manger but also enjoys being able to assists Chef Dan with dinner service. His love for cooking came from watching his grandfather and mother cook for him when he was a kid as well as tv cooking shows. In his free time, he enjoys practicing Muay Thai and building and fixing computers.
James Mahaffey
HousekeeperJames was born in Jennersville and raised in West Grove Pa. He worked in Hospitality for Kendal Crosslands for 5 years in the skilled care units. James went to Delaware County Community College and obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. He enjoys going to church, reading, gaming, and an occasional glass of Dragonfly with his dog Ty.
Jennifer Bishop
HousekeeperJennifer is a native of Philadelphia but was raised in the suburbs. She has extensive experience in Retail Management. Jennifer worked in the retail industry for 23 years. She decided to try something new and started working for Grace Winery in September of 2022. When she is not working Jennifer loves to spend time with her son Joshua and loved ones. Jennifer enjoys visiting different Art museums and is a huge fan of Oscar-Claude Monet. In addition, she enjoys singing, shopping, beach trips, traveling, dining at upscale restaurants, and watching movies in her spare time.
Ben Holtman
Property teamBen joined the property team right out of high school and has enjoyed taking care of the animals and keeping the property looking beautiful since. In his free time, he loves to be outside doing a variety of activities such as archery, fishing, camping, or simply taking long drives with his girlfriend. Ben plans on going back to school to become an aircraft mechanic this upcoming summer, while also continuing his work at the winery.
Julep
The Original Farm Dog!This beautiful lab loves swimming in the pond or running through the vineyard with her dad. Julep is in charge of greeting everyone when they arrive to the farm! She may be six years old but she can keep up with the young ones!
Nala
Chief Entertainment OfficerThis four year old bridle mix has lived here her whole life! You might see her greeting you at your car door or leading the way to the barn for a wine tasting. If you are coming to visit, don't forget the treats!
